Prices for cheap Airbnb’s in London are only 50% of an average hotel room rate in London, which is £172.57 ($225) per night.
Moreover, while it is inexpensive, it doesn’t compromise comfortability. All the cheap London Airbnb listed below have at least 50 guests reviews and gave the accommodation a 5-star rating. This way I found out about the best Airbnb’s in London that is why they’re considered best.

2. CAVENDISH Apartment
This stylish and comfortable Airbnb is located in Marylebone, just north of Soho. Very centrally located Airbnb in London and amazing price for a private apartment. A total of around £130 GBP per night. It is only 5 minutes walk from Oxford Circus. Definitely one of my new favorite affordable Airbnbs in London.
3. Double Room East Central London
This Airbnb is great for exploring East London and with the Bethnal Green Station less than 5 minutes away by walk you are in London city center fast. With various exceptionally good places to eat and bars, there is actually no need to get away far from this cheap London Airbnb. The host, John, is able to recommend you awesome places in the area. Meanwhile, the flat itself is beautifully kept and warm with the entire balcony filled with geraniums and foliage. It is also really clean according to the reviews. Although cosy you don’t feel that you’re imposing in anyone’s space. At a price £116 ($155) of for two nights, including the £13 cleaning fee and £13 service fee.
4. Double/ single bedroom zone 1 - Amazing River View
Most guests who stayed here claim that this one of the best London city Airbnbs. This Airbnb is located in the quiet neighborhood of Pimlico, nearby all the major tourist attractions. Pimlico metro station is just 5 minutes walk. The Big Ben, Victoria Central Station, and Buckingham Palace are all less than 20 minutes walk.
The best part of this London apartment are the incredible views of the river from its balcony. Enjoy as well the splendid views from here at night. For £147 ($190) for two nights, this is worth every penny on your trip to London. This great location will help making London as one of your favorite cities.
5. Comfy Double Room near Central London + Wi-Fi
This Airbnb is in a Portuguese neighborhood in South London close to the Stockwell metro station, just a little outside the city center. However, this is a cheap London Airbnb with a price of £123 ($160) for two nights. Moreover, you will feel at home right away. Freshly squeezed orange juice and Nespresso coffee are offered by the host every morning, how good is that? You have access to the kitchen anytime. And if you’re a long term traveler, the bedroom has a big wardrobe where you can store all your belongings. The amazing city views you’ll have from your bedroom are another reason for you to choose this cheap London Airbnb.
You won’t find it difficult to get around as the place is a 2-minute walk from an underground station and can take you to Central London in 15 minutes. There are also tons of shops and supermarkets nearby.
6. Whole Ground Floor of Townhouse in East London
With the hosts having stayed in different Airbnb homes across four continents, they are completely devoted to hospitality. All of your questions will be answered. They will provide you with thorough directions for easy navigation. Thoughtful additions like international plug adapters, hair dryer, and things like this are all provided. Sleep like a baby with an incredibly comfortable bed that has memory foam, Egyptian cotton sheets, and quality pillows. This cheap London Airbnb seems like it has thought about everything. In addition, it has direct access to an outdoor patio which will make you stay at this cheap Aribnb in London even more lovely. A stay here costs £156 ($200) inclusive of breakfast.
9. Comfy Room just 20 minutes from London City Center
You’ll be staying at the lovely home of a Portuguese and Brazilian couple who ensures that all their guests have a very comfortable stay. The location is in South London close to the US Embassy. The spacious bedroom gives you utmost privacy. It has a comfortable bed and wardrobe and chest with drawers. There is also a computer desk inside the room so you can catch up on work if you need to and the WiFi is good!
The place itself is in a busy street so just expect some road noise, but you will totally be fine though once you’ve adjusted. This cheap London Airbnb’s main selling point aside from the host’s hospitality is its location. You can walk to most places you want to visit in London city center. The bus stop that runs for 24 hours is just across the street and tube stations are walking distance too. At £113 ($148) for 2 nights stay you have a wonderful homey London Airbnb.
10. Light, Spacious Double Room in Kensal Rise
Those who want to escape the hustle and bustle of central London this cheap Airbnb in Kensal Rise is a great option. The neighborhood is very quiet and pleasant but still with easy and quick links to central London. It will take about 20 minutes to get to central London from this cheap Airbnb. Meanwhile, the hosts and their kids are highly committed to providing a lovely stay for their guests. Nearby tube station is Kensal Rise and Queens Park.
With £113 ($148) for two nights stay, you get to stay in an incredibly cozy bedroom. Plus you get welcomed with small cakes, tea, coffee and travel guides for London.
Those who have large heavy suitcases may want to consider other London Airbnb accommodation because of the possible difficulty in lugging their suitcases into the room. The bedroom is in the attic and the stairs leading to it are quite steep.
